When Karlie and Alex founded Naturaliste Care & Respite in Vasse, they wanted to redefine respite care. As Registered Nurses, they saw firsthand how individuals on NDIS or private care often had to enter clinical, impersonal environments for respite stays. Their vision? To create a comfortable, home-like space where clients could receive the same level of care they’re used to—without the sterile feel of traditional aged care.
Building a Brand That Reflects Their Mission
To bring their vision to life, Karlie and Alex needed branding and a website that reflected the warmth, professionalism, and trustworthiness of their service. I worked closely with them to design a cohesive brand identity, including logos and a professional website. The first step was a custom landing page to collect expressions of interest (EOIs) while they awaited approvals to open, followed by the full website build in the background.
