02 Connect & Creative
Once we’re underway, you’ll get access to your own client portal. Here, we’ll organise all the project details and ideas. I’ll also guide you through completing a creative direction document to align the design with your vision and goals.
03 Wireframe & Design
I’ll create wireframes to map out the structure of your site, ensuring everything flows perfectly for your customers. From there, the design phase begins, bringing your brand to life in a stunning, user-friendly layout.
04 Revisions
Once the design is complete, I’ll share it with you for feedback. Together, we’ll fine-tune the details until your website is exactly as you envisioned.
05 SEO Optimisation

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, I do! However, copywriting is not included in my basic package. If you’d like me to write the copy for your site, I can ensure it’s optimised for on-page SEO. Generally though, since you know your brand best, this is something you would typically handle. But if you need help putting your thoughts into words, I’m here to assist—I actually love writing copy!
I offer up to 3 rounds of changes to make sure you're happy with the design. I do appreciate receiving feedback in a timely manner so we can keep your project on track and respect the time I have for other clients and my family. If you need additional changes beyond that, we’ll discuss and I will need to provide a quote. Full redesigns that move away from the original brief we created together will also be re-quoted.
I’ll need you to provide a virtual library of images with descriptions for each image. Once we’ve laid out your wireframes (page layouts), we can determine the type and number of images needed. I’ll always provide guidance here. If you don’t have images, I collaborate with amazing photographers who can do a content shoot for you. We can quote this together, and the bonus is that you'll have plenty of social media content afterward!
Your initial discovery call or meeting is completely free and lasts for 30mins, with no obligations. This meeting is a chance to get to know each other and see if we're the right fit. If you decide to proceed, I’ll send you a contract and quote to review. Once it’s signed and I receive a 30% deposit, I’ll get started on your project and we'll meet again to really flesh out your ideas in depth before I build your creative direction document. The remaining balance is due before I hit publish and send your website out into the world. If you prefer a payment plan, you can pay the 30% deposit and then split the remaining balance into smaller payments of your choice. Just keep in mind that all work and designs will remain my property until full payment is received.
